These came out pretty good. I added some garlic powder and omitted the balsamic at the end as I found it unnecessary. The rosemary is wonderful

Great, we had to put it on broiler for a minute to crisp up, otherwise we followed the instructions with no issues.

Good, standby squash recipe. I think it's best to make sure the pieces are chopped small and they are cooked thoroughly before taking out, some of the larger chunks were a bit undercooked for me.

Great! I added a bit of garlic powder in addition to what was list. It was both tangy and sweet. I will definitely make this again

This was delicious! Will make again. The only thing I did differently was to omit the balsamic vinegar after the butternut squash was done.

I am still learning to like squash so bear that in mind when you see my rating. This is a good, basic recipe made with leftover squash and other ingredients that I already had on-hand. I will definitely cook this again.

Came out sweeter than I expected and a perfect hint of rosemary. Delicious! I’m sure it will be a hit with the family.
