Good, standby squash recipe. I think it's best to make sure the pieces are chopped small and they are cooked thoroughly before taking out, some of the larger chunks were a bit undercooked for me.

This was delicious! Will make again. The only thing I did differently was to omit the balsamic vinegar after the butternut squash was done.

I am still learning to like squash so bear that in mind when you see my rating. This is a good, basic recipe made with leftover squash and other ingredients that I already had on-hand. I will definitely cook this again.

So good! My boyfriend doesn’t like butternut squash he said, but then he cleared his plate of these! So yummy! If I made it again- I’d add more rosemary.
