I have made this recipe a couple of times and I love it, but I find there seems to be too much liquid for the rice to actually stay al dente. I tried leaving out the water altogether and using just the wine and chicken stock which seemed better. I also added basil and spinach/kale for a bit of colour/instead of the chives.
