Yum, yum, and yum! I just changed two little things - instead of massaging the kale with more oil, I actually used some (about half) of the dressing from the recipe. And I added some pepitas (pumpkin seeds) because it is my firm belief that every awesome salad must have three things - a fruit, a cheese, and a nut! And the little crunch they added was divine! Loved the diversity of flavours in this salad - cranberry tang, chickpea spice, feta salt!
