- 4 oz. Gruyere cheese (grated)

Delicious and roasty! Takes longer than I expect every time due to the roasting of turnips & butternut squash first—give this extra time! Totally worth making a few times so you get it just how you like it. Substantial and lots of veggies; fantastic way to celebrate winter produce options. Enjoy!

very good. subbed in cheese i had (mozz, parm and cheddar), subbed in kale, and forgot balsamic, but really yummy.

Awesome, although I made it vegan. I used egg replacer and a nutritional yeast cheese sauce. Delicious
