this my first time cooking and eating Brussels sprouts. I loved it! But i would go with a pinch of salt and use grass fed butter instead of coconut. i could taste the coconut oil in the food

Really delicious! Mine wasn’t salty enough, so we added it while eating. Simple basic recipe! Pretty happy :)

Very good, only a little salty for me. I am going to cut back on the salt next time for the baking process… People can always add a little more salt after serving it up on their plate if they like it saltier. These took us at least 45 minutes to bake. You know they’re done when a fork sticks through them easily. To speed up baking times, try cutting the Brussel sprouts in half, especially the large spheres.

I used coconut oil, added minced roasted garlic and baked for 40 minutes. These were very juicy and flavorful. A new fave recipe for Brussels Sprouts!
