- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (or raisins)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill (chopped)
- 4 lemon slices (very thin slices of lemon, each cut into 8 tiny triangles - whatever you change about this recipe make sure you don't leave out the, . They're the best part!)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed, from about 1 lemon)
- 4 tsp. honey (or sub maple syrup for vegan)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove (grated on a Microplane or very finely minced)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
