Delicious! Used smoked paprika and added 1 tsp garlic powder. 425 degrees for 15 minutes is the sweet spot. We love our vegetables roasted.

This is definitely my fave!

This was my first time roasting broccoli, and I really liked it. I added minced garlic, as recommended by the recipe author for more flavour. Only thing I would alter next time is to use less salt.

Amazing!! I used salt, pepper, and garlic powder to season it and cooked it at 400 F for around 20 minutes. Turned out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I did start out with boiled broccoli, but all in all incredibly delicious. My burst vegetarian meal!! :)

I used a little cayenne pepper instead of paprika and had it with bbq baked chicken. Was fabulous!
