Flavor was good - I subbed artichoke oil for olive and accidentally used all 4 Tbsp on the lamb- incredibly tender, though a bit overdone (bad thermometer.) I also used 2 cans of artichoke hearts, as I didn't find frozen. And, a medley of yellow, orange, and red tomatoes. And, I subbed 2 lbs of golden potatoes (peeled and cubed) for the babies. Kurt and Keith loved it!
