- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 6 cups mixed greens (use whatever you like here)
- 1/2 cup Marcona almonds (chopped)
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- flaky sea salt (to taste)
- balsamic vinegar (Additional, for drizzling over the salad, if desired)

Amazing! Brought this dish to a dinner party. it was devoured, nothing came home!I used pecans instead of almonds, and feta instead goat cheese for personal preference.The balsamic i selected had tangerine.
