The farther you got in the better the flavor. Not sure I'll do again. Plus side pretty easy to do.

They’re were so good! I paired it with salmon. The garlic aioli was tasty but a bit overpowering.

Extremely easy and delicious! I used garlic salt instead of sea salt on top and loved that. Will definitely make again.

Mine burned after cooking for an hour, and the packets created a lot of steam making the artichokes overdone. I do like the idea of it being hands off, just needs editing for personal tastes.

Not bad... mine burned... I think it would be better if I cooked it for like 45 minutes instead of an hour next time...

My family loves this recipe! My 9 year old picked it out for her birthday dinner.

Not sure if I just needed to roast it longer or add more garlic, but it came out bland even though I went over the amount of garlic listed in the recipe

Really liked roasting the artichokes rather than steam... however the exterior leaves were tough and not completely cooked. Might double foil and add extra oil to exterior leaves and cook for longer at a lower temperature next time. Then turn up temperature for last 30 minutes...

Love artichokes cooked this way! I use a little butter with the olive oil for a different twist on it...

Love this recipe! It's easy to follow and is delish. I add my own twist by putting rosemary and black pepper.

I love artichokes and roasting them with the garlic has made these so easy to prepare. For dipping I microwave a little bit of vegan butter with salt and garlic.

It turned out amazing, I also made the garlic aioli but with Helmans 1/2 the fat mayo and had to sub frenchs mustard instead of Dijon.
