This meal was fantastic. My husband and son loved it. will make again. I did adjust my cooking time as my pork was at 145 after 1:45, so I cooked apples 20 minuets.

Followed recipe, and pork was 190 degrees at 2 hours, and yams were mushy. flavers were good, yet pork was over done.
