I love the gravy for this recipe. I used a large Dutch oven for searing, cooking pork, and gravy. Garlic mashed potatoes works great.

This is a great recipe. Lovely flavour and no complaints from family who all actually enjoyed it. Will definitely cook again.

This pork loin recipe turned out Excellent, I dry brined with 1/2tsp per pound of kosher salt 6 hours before beginning the recipe, then used the rest of the herbs and spices(no more salt)as per the recipe. I will definitely use the recipe and method again. It’s a keeper!
