My mom used this recipe to make a leg of lamb for Thanksgiving. Ours was “semi-bone”, rather than no bone so we had a hard time adjusting the cooking time. At first it was far undercooked, so we put it in a little longer, then it was over cooked. The recipe called for 70 minutes; we probably needed 90.
