This was my first time cooking lamb. WOW. It turned out great. The lemon slices surprisingly added a nice flavor. This was our Easter meal and we will use this recipe again.

Excellent! And My first leg of lamb! Simple ingredients and roasting method. Garlic and pepper gave this amazing flavor. I added fresh chopped rosemary but could use thyme, oregano or do without if you prefer. Will do this again

Turned out great, tender, very flavorful & easy. Would definitely recommend this recipe... easily made for mid-week dinners.
