- 500 grams roast chicken (leftover, chopped into small pieces, or fried chicken pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp. ground almonds
- 200 grams Greek yoghurt (full fat)
- boiling water
- 1 lime (plus another cut into wedges)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander (/cilantro roughly chopped, plus extra for garnish)
- 300 grams rice (to serve)
