Following a lead from a NY Deli, I combined the beef in a 2 hours simmered classic French Dip broth, with onions sliced thinned, a carrot chopped small, a 2 day old baquette (for a firmer soak in the broth) and a few thin slices of smoked Canadian Cheddar....Out- of- the -Park delicious with the Horseradish cream.
