Awesome! The first time I have not over/under cooked my sirloin roast! Everyone loved it and I will start buying more of the cheaper cuts knowing this method works!

Excellent method. I was very skeptical because I have never had great success with anything similar but followed the recipe exactly and it worked like a charm. Will be making again!
