pretty darn good, I used sugar-free blackberry jam, instead of grape, the tartness worked well with the heartiness of the ribs. I used the instant pot method, and increased the cooking time by 10 minutes.

Used ketchup instead of the hosin sauce. Ran out out of grape jelly, so used boysenberry. Ribs were tender. Could have done them 5 minutes longer to fall off the bone. Broiled for 2 1/2 minutes t be crusty
