    Still not quite as creamy as I thought it should be, but overall excellent flavor. Made it a second time because it was so delicious! Will try to keep adding more water next time. Be sure to serve fresh, because if it sits for awhile, it will absorb everything and go back to being thicker rice rather than risotto.
