- 1 oz. tomato paste
- 8 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 4 oz. extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 oz. white wine
- chili flakes (as desired)
- 8 basil leaves (torn)
- parmigiano (for grating)

Directions
- Cook Pasta in salted water.
- Saute garlic with extra-virgin olive oil and tomato paste.
- Add chili flakes, white wine and canned tomatoes.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan with 4 oz pasta water and cook for one minute.
- Finish with basil and parmigiano.
