- 1 tsp. onion powder (EACH:, dried thyme, AND mushroom powder)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf (large)
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers (thinly sliced )
- 2 cups low sodium beef stock (see directions)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (mixed with a few tablespoons of water)

I will make it again but I intend to increase the amount of spices. It had a hint of flavor but needs more

Nice. Just normal stew from instapot, don't know why this would be rediculousky tender...same as any stew form instapot.

I thought there was a little too much “spice” for me. Next time I will half the pepperoncini. The meat however was extremely tender in the instant pot and my husband loved it. I served it on rice first with leftovers later on mashed potatoes. Both were good options and plenty of gravy to go around.

the family loved this dish. great flavoring!! we paired with red mashed potatoes and a ceaser salad. perfect start to the week.

Excellent. Very flavourful. We did it in the Instant Pot and the timing was perfect. The beef was incredibly and “ridiculously “ tender. Definitely a regular on our menu!
