This was excellent. I have been trying many recipes for roast beef. A couple of recipes I tried were good but cooked at 500* and I broke two of my stoneware roasting pans. They cracked. Then I tried this recipe. I didn’t have fresh rosemary so I left it out. I also used 2 cups of beef broth instead of 3. It was still delicious and moist. I will definitely use this recipe again.
