- 1 gourd (medium sized, 330gms Ridge, peeled and grated, 1 heap cup when grated)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 onion slices (small, or ½ cup sliced Onion)
- 3 green chilies (chopped)
- 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (adjust to taste and I felt I could have added another pinch)
- turmeric powder (pinch)
- 2 eggs
- cilantro (to garnish, optional)
