The sauce was great. I did add other seasoning like my spaghetti sauce. The Gnudi were ok, but first attempt is like that first pancake. Half the Gnudi floated the other half sank and started breaking down. The sauce rescued the sinkers. Looking forward to the good half and the sauce tomorrow.
