these are tasty and take no time to make. follow the directions to make them very flat. i’ll make these again for an appetizer.

Delicious, quick meal. I added some finely chopped chives to the mix, added a subtle flavor, and used romano cheese instead of parmesan.

These little fritters are insanely easy & fast to whip up. To me it tasted like they were made from mashed potato. There was no need to go through all the trouble of cleaning, peeling, cutting, boiling & mashing involved. Nice and easy for a mid afternoon snack.
