Delicious… will be making this again for sure… The sauce is amazing, I added an onion to it …

This has a great taste. However, the directions are a bit confusing. Above the written ingredients and directions it says prep 25min, bake 1hr 5min. In the written directions at the bottom (more visible) it says bake 25-30min. With the uncooked manicotti (all I could find here), over an hour produced a very al dente pasta. Next time I would possibly add some water to the sauce or just cover with foil to trap heat and moisture. It also says to leave the ends of the pasta exposed running the sauce down the middle. That looks nice but I can't imagine the ends of the originally uncooked dry pasta ever getting soft. Maybe adding the foil would do the trick there but I'm skeptical.
Definitely yummy. Just have to work out the quirks.

Very good. I used pressed cottage cheese instead of ricotta and added broccoli as well.
