- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup oat flour (certified GF, sorghum flour, or rice flour)
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca starch
- 3 Tbsp. potato starch (or cornstarch)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
