  • 1/2 head radicchio (thinly sliced, optional but good)
  • 1 cup hearts of palm (sliced)
  • 1 avocado (peeled and diced)
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts (optional, could use slivered almonds if you don't want to buy pine nuts)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (zest the lemon first before you squeeze the juice)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • black ground pepper (Coarse, to taste)
  • salt (Vege-Sal, vegetable seasoned, or salt to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (use your best olive oil for this)
