- 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley (chopped)
- 2 cups feta (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 10 oz. goat cheese
- 2 cups parmigiano reggiano cheese (grated)
