- 1 cup sweetcorn
- 1 bell pepper (medium sized, chopped into small squares)
- Himalayan salt (to taste)
- olive oil (for frying)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato puree (/paste)
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder (ground)
- 1 can tomatoes (or 2 cups of canned tomatoes, use fresh by all means)
- 3/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- 1 dash agave nectar
