My family loved these buns, definitely a recipe to repeat. There is a sweetness to them and look beautiful.

Pleasantly surprised these turned out so well. This was my first time making Brioche Buns and the time spent was worth it. The only thing I did differently was to substitute the whole milk for cashew milk.
