    Tried this recipe because I'm trying to eat healthy, but I prefer regular rice pilaf. It needed at least double the bacon for me to enjoy it. But as far as healthy food goes it was edible.

    I'm new to riced cauliflower, but I was quite pleased with this recipe. This was definitely a "do again"

    Somewhat bland. Not too bad. I'll add a few things next time. Maybe like some others herbs or veggies.
