- 1 avocado (large very ripe)
- 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or lime juice)
- 4 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (yours is probably fake; where to buy real olive oil)
- 1 1/4 tsp. sea salt (more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne (or 1/2 teaspoon for spicier)
- 1/2 tsp. Mexican oregano (dried)
