Very easy to make and turned out delicious. Makes enough so you can freeze some for other meals

WOW! I am very happily surprised at how delicious this simple recipe is. I really didn’t expect it to have as much flavor as it did.
For anyone concerned with the cayenne pepper, I highly recommend you give it a try!! My family doesn’t like hot or spicy food so I was nervous, but I added it anyway. It doesn’t make the rice hot or spicy at all. I found it really added something to the flavor though.

We call this fancy rice, I may add other vegetables I have on hand. Simple and delicious.

It turned out very good....i added mirepoix, red peppers, finished with pea add an sc parsley.
