loved it 😍😍 I added celery to the sauted veggies and I didnt use powder vegetable broth. I used vegetable paste and mixed it with the water that boiled the noodles! it was great!!

Instead of frying with oil/butter I water fried.
There was no bok choy and I didn’t have corn at home so more carrots and a paprika
Very simple to make and healthy. It just needs a bit more flavor but that is not a problem for me, I can still enjoy it.
