- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes (with their juice)
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper (or freshly ground white)

- 1 cup chopped fresh basil (roughly)
