- 1/2 yellow onion (medium, about ½ cup, diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (medium, about 2 teaspoons, minced)
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 jalapeno chili (medium, finely chopped)
