- 1 pinch allspice (each of mace and)
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar (strawberry balsamic, recipe posted elsewhere on food52)
- 1 Tbsp. mustard (coarse)
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. thyme leaves (lightly chopped, or bruised)
