- 75 grams caster sugar (vanilla)
- 100 grams plain flour
- 100 grams porridge oats
- 125 grams light brown sugar
- 125 grams butter (cold, diced)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger (dried, if you aren't as much of a ginger fiend as I am cut it back to 1 tsp)
- 50 grams crystallised ginger (chopped finely, again, if you don't want a big ginger hit cut it back to 25g)
