Had to sub cornstarch and vanilla extract for custard powder. didnt have caster sugar so used granulated sugar. turned out pretty good! Next time i won't fill the bottoms so much - my custard filling came out the top a bit. They are definitely muffins, meaning not super sweet. I will also add more sugar next time to make them more like cupcakes
