This is delicious! I made it with Splenda for an almost calorie free drink option and added it to a cranberry lime flavored seltzer water. Just what I wanted from it. I also added a little red food coloring to make it pink.

This was great. I did double the recipe and added 2 orange peels at the beginning and added in about 5 sprigs of thyme and a handful of chopped basil in the last 5 mins and it was great. I will be doing this again! The rough jam it makes in the end is also excellent!

I loved it! I did add orange peel, thyme, basil, a tablespoon of brown sugar. I really appreciated those alternative suggestions. It tasted great! I immediately had some over vanilla ice cream.
