Absolutely wonderful! A delicious recipe but I added some Granny Smith Apple!

These are so good. I tripled the recipe and baked them in a jelly roll pan for anniversary reception. If I did that again I would only double the crust and added more Rhubarb. The crust was a bit thick for the amount of filling.
They were gone in a flash and everyone loved them.

These are really delicious. I doubled the recipe and ised a regular 13x9" cake pan.

really enjoyed this. reduced sugar in filling by half. will try increasing amount of rhubarb next time

Excellent- love the chewy shortbread crust, but most of all the rhubarb, which I think I will increase in quantity next time I make. Great recipe, I just wanted to taste more of the delicious rhubarb- I think an extra cup would be just right, with no other changes to any other ingredients.

Delicious!!! Used frozen rhubarb so maybe should have added a bit more flour. I made them for a dinner with visiting family. We ate with our cocktails though 😀. Passed the recipe on to them.
