The bread was ok, but not the rich, rhubarb-y taste i was hoping for. Could be the recipe was just too healthy.

Amazing! I forgot some flour because I doubled the recipe but it still turned out great!

Good, I wouldn’t say it to better than banana bread, but a good use of rhubarb
