    Tasty but way too sweet. If I was to make this again I would double the amount of rhubarb or cut the sugar by at least a third or more.

    this is a great base recipe, no problems at all. i did make it my own by adding ground cardamom to the crust and a dash of vanilla and orange peel to the rhubarb mix. i also substuted half the sugar with organic coconut palm sugar, to cut some of the sweetness and carbs. it was decadent!

    Really like these. Added strawberry extract to give it a different taste which was quite successful. Hard to get out of pan
