Delicious! I did half the amount of rhubarb and added the missing half amount of strawberries that I cut to have no seeds. I didn’t add any dye and it turned a pretty tan/orange. It was excellent!

My crust was heavy Not like a cookie crust in anyway.. Of course I had to use less sugar due to our age. And the rhubarb portion I also used less sugar. I used a little bit a honey instead. Unfortunately I would not try this recipe again.
