It is soooooo good! I used pink lady apples and added a little nutmeg and brown sugar and it is tasty! i love it!

I liked it..i didn’t peel apples either and just used my immersion blender..still had small pieces of peel, i’m ok w that tasted really good

It’s still simmering on the stove, but it already tastes great! So easy and healthy.

Yum! I skipped peeling the apples for extra fiber and mashed with a potato masher. Used less than the lowest recommended amount of sugar and may try with none next time. Great default recipe for leftover rhubarb. Even a quick single-apple batch would be worthwhile!
