- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 250 grams apples (peeled, cored and sliced 260g, 2 medium apples)
- 250 grams pears (peeled, cored and sliced 260g, 2 medium pears)
- 250 grams rhubarb (sliced)
- 120 grams sugar (⅓-½ cup, how sweet do you want it? taste for sweetness)
- 1 tsp. canela
- 15 mL cornstarch
- 15 mL water
