Because the instructions were kind of hard to understand, I just seasoned them, put them on a cast iron skillet and flipend them every 15 minutes checking the internal temperature frequently. The safe to eat temperature is 145F not 125F. I let them sit for 10 minutes and then put finishing butter on the top only. It worked perfectly and goes well with sweet potatoe fries.
