    Very good. Simple, it satisfied my craving without having to go to my local deli. Maybe I didn't have the heat high enough, because the bottom of my sandwich was a little soggy from the dressing and kraut, but it was still very tasty, indeed.

    Burnt. Probably would make it with a different kind of bread if I were to make another Rueben. Like I said, it was burnt, and didn't taste good.

    RINSE the KRAUT and squeeze most of the liquid out. (unless you like it so sour that you can only taste tartness and your tongue is numb).
