Florida Days 4 years ago
Very good! Family of four had seconds and ate the whole dish. I substituted orzo for rice and used pre-made seitan. I also used brown rice flour instead of regular. I had to add a good bit more than recipe called for but it works fine. Takes several pots and there’s a good bit of clean up. Served with salad and fresh oranges and my kids 10 and 12 said it was a special dinner :) Will make again!
